Refunds and Dyes and Druids... OH MY!
Three Suggestions that I belive should be implimented in the next patch.
1. Bring back refund points for PvP.
2. Give us a way to preview mixing dyes.
3. PLEASE bring us the druids armour set.
1. I Love the new faction system. It's great. Alows me to PvP more but there is one change it has made that I would love to see re-implimented.
You see I love to use my PvE characters in PvP. The Looks thing is kind of important to me. It feels nice to look alot more uniqe to everyone else. With the changing seccondary class and the small amont of Exp in the battles and the refund pionts my PvE was also just felxible enough to respec for PvP without having to make a PvP only clone.
I'm not say bring back the Exp but PLEASE GOD bring back the refund points that came with them. Or maybe a way to spend say 100 faction to buy 24. Going off to PvE to get atribute points back is impracticle and Cloning my character to switch from hammer to sword, or to bring along a few tactics skills seems unessesary.
2. I would LOVE for there to be a way to "Test" Dye combinations on my characters armour. I'd love to see what the difference between black, black, silver and black, silver, silver would be without having to fork up 6k to do so. There's alo of potential mixes i really want to try but don't have the money for experamentations. I've head of Tools avialible on the net to do so but I don't trust these programs. Could Areanet allow the Dye Npc to allow us free (Or cheap) Prefices of dye combinations on the armour and weapons we're using?
3. I know your already doing it but please bring us the ranger druid armour next patch.
These suggestions are in my personal order of preference. What does the rest of the community think?

1. No! PvP characters are made to be deleted at will... there no reason to give them refund points since they don't need them. Want to try another move set? Delete the character and make another.
2. Two words... Sylist NPC... its been dicussed before so use the search function. But it would be useful to preview dyes.
3. Number 3 I think you should drop it.
A.net will released the Druid Armor remake when its complete... stop being so selfish and demanding and constanly asking for it like so many others on forums.
It will be ready when its ready.

But WHY when you could simply respec? Why waste so much time creating a new character for what should have, and used to, take seconds to do?
PvP characters aren't made to be deleted at will, they're made to PvP.

i think they should atleast make it so that characters get 1 refund point after winning each battle imo

I've read that the reason they don't need refund points is since it doesn't matter if they are deleted or not... where as deleting a RPG character does.
Besides you PvP characters have already be given loads during the last patches... time for us RPGer to get something

Well I guess that could be fair... yes... 1 point for each win. Good idea.

I think you missed the point on number 1.
The OP said that it's a pain having to go kill some monsters after pvp so they can respec their character. Using a PvE character in PvP is where the problem lies. Because the OP and many others would much rather play pvp with their main character than some random 'clone' pvp char. Plus the PvE char has the benefit of having runes that the player hasn't unlocked already, their own weapons and various asthetic pleasures that you dont get with pvp chars.

RE: Druid's Armor
Yes please! Arenanet is very good about putting out regular content updates, and I'm sure the Aeromancers, Necromancers and Mesmers were very pleased to have new Ascended armor sets, but I am a Ranger. I am sure they will get to it, and I am very glad to see them focusing their efforts on removing exploits and the scum who exploit them. I just don't want them to forget about the Rangers, who I believe are the only class to not have recieved an armor art update since release.
just my $.02

I agre completely, its a matter of being practical, PvP can just swith their strategy instead of having to do another clone (save time) and PvE characters can actually enjoy PvP. I've had that problem too, not being able to switch all my atribute points to try another strat while playing PvP. having to go to kill tons of stuff before entering PvP again is a mayor problem.
it can be implemented easily, and nobody looses anything

1. For PvE, not PvP but I don't see why not in PvP. Why waste time rebuilding when you only need to cahnge One or Two points around?
2. Stylist Npc is a great idea. I just finsied reading a thread on a fitter NPC here.
3. Hey I did say please Don't bite my head off like that.

Because you damned PvPers are ruining our lovely role-playing-game and we need to make sure your experience is as grief-prone as possible! DIE PvP DIE! TRAMMIE VICTA!
/sarcasm
...but true. Anyone who is opposed to PvP earned refund points is nothing but a stinking griefer.

dude it doesn't take THAT long maybe a few minutes... plus remaking gets you different sets of weps like changing from swords to axe skills, you would need to delete your PvP char just to get the pvp axe unless u have one for it
in other words yes they were ment to be deleted at will

I really do want refunds in the PvP battles.
I mostly use my PvE character for all my play (what can i say shes cute and im not gonna dump her for her sister/clone). I end up having to go farming just to recover enough refund points, and i know a.net is anti-farming . . . .

I am also one of those people that pvp with my pve character cause it's cool you played soo far with him/her so why make a clone right now? Plus that idea of 1 refund point per match seems more than reasonable, oh yeah make it whether you win or lose cause i guess it's usually the person that's losing alot would like to make a change and redo their strategies. It would bother me one bit if everyone had that option pvp and pve cause it doesn't hurt anyone out there.

I'm curious to know what was missing from the druid armor as well... New style of armor? Is Druid armor missing from PvP?

There is no new look for 15K druid armor, but I am not sure this is what they are talking about.

It is snow. Pardon me for not being more specific.
Once again I'd like to state that yes it's all well and good for PvP characters but PvE ones can't change their atributes after a few changes unless they go kill a few mosters for a while to get the refund points back. I like to use my PvE characters in PvP just beacuse they look unique.

1 refund point a battle would be nice. Or a similar system. PvE's have enough trouble being versatile in PvP as is .
